Career Options provides vocational assessment services to identify suitable and realistic employment and/or training options for a wide variety of people attempting to find work. Valuable advice is provided on how to address employment-related barriers. Career Options currently offers three types of assessment services in the Greater Toronto Area:

The Importance of Vocational Assessments

People with physical disabilities and/or mental health issues face added barriers to finding satisfying employment in our competitive labour market. A key to their success is to identify their strengths early on in their return to work process. Vocational assessments are an important step that can identify a person's level of employability and his/her strenghts to facilitate an earlier return to work.
